Conditions of participation in the Zeitgeist Easter competition 04/11/2022 - 04/17/2022

  1.     The competition is a campaign by Zeitgeist GmbH - hereinafter also referred to as the "organizer".
  2.   All natural persons who are at least 16 years old and live in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are eligible to participate. The competition is limited to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  3. The closing date for entries is April 17, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
  4.     Participation in the campaign is only possible via Instagram under the competition post. To participate, the post must be shared in your own story and at least 2 friends must be tagged in the comments under the post.
  5.     Entrants can win one of the following prizes, which will be drawn at the end of the entry period:
  1. A mystery box (sweatshirt + t-shirt in desired size)
  2. A shop voucher worth €30
  3. A t-shirt from our Easter competition collection (https://zeitgeistvintage.com/collections/oster-gewinnspiel-collection)
  1.     Winners will be drawn at random from all participants. Each participant may only participate once among the competition entries and can only win once.
  2.     In the event of a win, the winners will be notified by the organizer via direct message on Instagram.
  3.     A cash payment of the prize is not possible; the prize is not transferable.
  4.   Participation via automated mass participation procedures is not permitted.
  5.   The organizers of the competition reserve the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation from the competition and to modify or end the competition at any time.
  6.   There is no legal recourse.
  7. Zeitgeist GmbH is not liable for damage due to technical faults, for delays or interruptions in transmissions or for damage in connection with participation in the competition, unless Zeitgeist GmbH or The service providers used by it act intentionally or with gross negligence. This does not affect any claims for compensation based on product liability and injury to life, limb and health as well as essential contractual obligations (i.e. obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on compliance with which the contractual partner regularly relies and may rely). In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage.
